Can i change my order?

We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place your order’ button, this includes the following:

  • Changing the item or size
  • Delivery/billing address
  • Adding items to your order
  • Shipping method

Can i exchange my item(s)?

We currently don't offer exchanges. We are only offering refunds if the order meets the criterias mentioned in the refund policy, so that the process remains easy to manage for both you and us.

I've received a faulty item

Oh no! Please send us the following info so that we can solve this as quickly as possible:

  • Your Order Number
  • Item Name
  • Photos that show the fault as clearly as possible
  • Full-length photo of the item
  • The Neverover logo and label

Make sure you keep the order until we've been in touch and decided what to do so that you remain eligible for a full refund.

I am missing an item from my order

If you are missing an item from your order, please contact us immediately with the following information:

- Your order number
- The item you didn’t receive, and or the name of the item that you’ve received in its place.
- A clear photograph of the item you have received, including the logo on it.

Upon receiving the information above, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

I've received a wrong item(s)

If you’ve accidentally received an item that doesn’t match your order, please contact us immediately with the following information:

- Your order number
- The item you didn’t receive, and or the name of the item that you’ve received in its place.
- A clear photograph of the item you have received, including the logo on it.

Upon receiving the information above, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Questions about refunds

Can i exchange my item(s)?

We currently don't offer exchanges. We are only offering refunds if the order meets the criterias mentioned in the refund policy, so that the process remains easy to manage for both you and us.

How long does it take to get the refund?

Are you still waiting for the refund? We're sorry if it takes too long, we've all been there unfortunately... we know how annoying this can be. Typically, it takes 5 to 7 business days, but epending on the courier & country your order is being returned with, it can take up to 14 working days to be delivered and processed. No worries, rest assured you'll get your refund anyway!

Return policy

Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached (if your item had tags when you received it).

We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.

Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned our way will be the responsibility of the sender, not ours.

The shipping cost for returning the product(s) is supported by the customer.
